What does Vision+ catch-up TV let you replay?
Catch-up TV holds the last seven days of the MNC channels inside the app. You can restart a live show from its beginning or replay a missed episode.
Catch-up copies depend on the live feed recording cleanly. A missing episode after a troubled broadcast means the recording broke. Films and originals stream on demand instead. A show that aired during a shaky live feed can replay with gaps or low sound.
How many profiles fit on one Vision+ account?
One account holds several profiles, each with its own picks and history. A kids profile adds parental controls and safer shows. A profile failing alone points to its own settings. Each profile signs in under the same account, so one login covers the whole family.
Can Vision+ stream outside Indonesia?

Restart the live player from the channel page
Leave the match, go back to the channel page, and start the live stream again from the live button. A fresh stream request skips the stuck buffer and joins a healthier copy. Avoid scrubbing back and forth. Scrubbing through a live stream forces extra loading, so let the fresh copy settle first.
Refresh a paid package that stays locked
Open your account page and check which Premium tier the app shows as active. If the tier is missing after payment, the fee likely landed on a different login. Phone-number and email logins count as separate accounts.
Fix the TV pairing code entry
The TV shows a short code to type into the app or site while signed in. Codes expire fast, so request a fresh one if the first entry fails. Type it exactly, since one wrong digit links nothing.
Clear the Vision+ app cache
In your phone settings, open Vision+ under apps and clear its cache. Stale player files cause looping streams and a start screen that never ends. Your profiles, downloads and package stay on the account.
Drop the stream quality for big matches
During a crowded match, open the player settings and set the quality one step lower. The lighter stream survives crowd surges that choke the top setting.
