Why Are My UpNote Notes Not Syncing?
UpNote syncs through your account, so every device must be signed in with the same email. A device signed in with a different address shows a different set of notebooks. Check the account shown in settings on each device first.
Sync can also pause when the app stays closed for long periods on a phone. Battery savers stop background work, so changes wait until you open the app.
Why Are Attachments Missing in UpNote?
Images and files upload after the note text, so a closed app can leave them behind. The note then shows an empty space where the picture should be. Go back to the device that holds the original and let the upload finish on Wi-Fi.
Very large attachments fail more often on weak connections. If one file never lands, remove it and add it again from the source device. Signing out and back in can also restart a stuck attachment queue.
