Is StudyGo down right now?
Pupils check the StudyGo status the night before a test, when a practice run refuses to start. StudyGo down reports spike in test weeks, when whole classes drill the same word lists at the same hour.
Most blocks sit in one list or one account setting. The practice engine keeps working while a single list misbehaves.
Is StudyGo down for me or everyone?
Start a short list in a private browser window. A clean run there clears the platform and blames your saved login or list data. If the private window stalls too, the StudyGo outage is shared with the rest of your class.
Why does practice mark a right answer wrong?
The checker compares your answer letter for letter, and accents count. A missing accent on a Spanish or French word fails the answer even when the word itself is right.
Some lists also hold a typing error on the answer side. Test the word in a second mode; a repeat fail on one word points at the list, not at you.
How do I add a book to my account?
Search the book by title or ISBN in the book finder and link it to your account. The word lists for each chapter then open without typing them yourself. School accounts often hold the book ready through the class link.
Can I practise two lists at once?
Practice runs take one list at a time in the normal flow. Pupils who want mixed drills build a combined list from both sets. The combined list saves as its own list on your account.
Why did my list delete itself while editing?
An unsaved list lives only in the editor screen. Closing the tab or losing connection before you press create wipes the words. Save early, then add the rest in small rounds.
Common StudyGo Problems and Fixes
Run these checks on your lists and login before the night-before panic grows.
Save the list before you edit more
Press create as soon as the first words sit in the editor. You can add rows later without risking the whole set.
Check accents on foreign words
Turn on the special character bar in practice for French and Spanish lists. One missing accent fails an otherwise right answer.
Compare the app with the website
The app syncs lists from your account at login. A list missing in the app after a fresh login points at a sync fault; the website holds the truth.
Log out and back in once
A stale session hides new class lists and book links. One fresh login pulls your current school and class links into view.
Try the audio in a browser
Word audio rides on the device sound settings and the browser. If the app stays silent, test one list in the browser to split the fault.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the checker reject my correct word?
Accents and capitals count in the check, and some lists carry a typo on the answer side. Run the word in a second mode to test the list.
How do I recover a deleted word list?
A list you never saved is gone for good. Saved lists sit under your account even after an app reinstall. Ask a classmate to share their copy of the same list.
Is StudyGo down for me when my class list is missing?
A missing class list with working own lists points at the class link, not the platform. Log out and in to refresh the link. Ask your teacher if the list stays missing after that.
Can I use my old WRTS account on StudyGo?
StudyGo grew out of WRTS, and old accounts moved over with their lists. Log in with the same email you used there. A second account under a school mail splits your lists in two.
What is the difference between the app and the website?
Both read the same account and lists. The website holds the full editor and book finder.
When do school lists appear in my account?
Lists land once your teacher shares them with your class and your account joins that class. A fresh login pulls the link in. Check with your teacher if the class code went to another group.
