What does the WebEtu app show on its home screens?
WebEtu is the official student app of the ministry, and it opens on your digital student card. Behind it sit your group and section, your timetable and your exam planning. Marks and transcripts live in the same app, updated as faculties publish them.
Services fill the rest of the app. Students reserve university meals, follow housing and transport matters, and read notices from their institution. One account thus covers most of student life outside the classroom. A single sign-in thus follows the student from the first orientation round to the final transcript.
How do new students sign in during orientation?
New baccalaureate holders sign in with their baccalaureate number and the secret code printed on their results. Orientation choices and results run through the PROGRES portals in fixed rounds. A wrong code is the most common first-day block, so copy it with care.
Booking a university meal inside WebEtu
The app lets students reserve their university restaurant meals ahead of time. Pick the meal in the reservation area and confirm before the cut-off shown on screen. During a PROGRES outage, reservations can fail while the student card still opens. Reserving earlier in the day avoids most of those failures.

Housing and transport matters sit in the services side of the student platforms. Requests for a room and transport follow-up start from the same student account. Each request shows its state as the file moves between offices.

Your student card stopped appearing
Store reviews fill with this complaint after app updates. Update WebEtu to the latest version, then sign out and back in. If the card stays blank, the web portal shows the same record while you wait.
Group and section show empty
Group data arrives from your faculty after enrolment lists close. An empty group page in the first days usually means the list has not landed yet. Check again after your faculty posts the groups.
Sign-in loops during results week
The system bends when the whole country signs in at once. Sessions early in the morning tend to pass. Keep your baccalaureate number and code ready so a retry is quick.
The store says the app is not available
Some newer phones are told the app does not fit their device. The web portals carry the same services in that case. Trying the store again after an app update also works for many students.
Meal reservation fails at the last step
Reservations close at a daily cut-off, and late tries fail silently. Book earlier in the day and wait for the confirmation screen. A reservation without confirmation does not reach the restaurant list.
