Is PCComponentes down right now?
A tracking page that freezes on the first state for days sends buyers looking for a PCComponentes status. PCComponentes down reports rise when the panel locks people out or return forms refuse to send.
On a clear day the panel opens your orders with live states, invoices sit one click away and returns start from the order itself. Trouble picks one corner: tracking, the return form or the financing step. One stuck corner leaves the other corners moving.
Is PCComponentes down for me or everyone?
Open the site in a second browser or on your phone browser while the panel fails. Orders that list there point at stored data on your main browser. The same wall everywhere answers is PCComponentes down for me: the fault is shared.
Your panel: orders, incidents and returns
The customer panel gathers your orders with their states, invoices and the tools to act on them. From an order you can open an incident, ask for a return or flag missing items. Order states move from paid to prepared to shipped as the parcel travels.
A return that will not start often traces to an order state that has not closed yet. Wait for the delivered state, then start the return from the same order page.
Marketplace sellers on the same site
Many products come from outside sellers who list on the site beside the house stock. The seller name sits on the product page, and delivery times and returns follow that seller. An order that never ships from a seller is a seller fault, while the panel keeps working for the rest. Prices and stock on seller items follow the seller, not the house.
The PC builder and your saved builds
The Configurador lets you assemble a full PC part by part and keeps your builds in the account. A build that will not save is a panel fault on your account. A frozen builder is not a PCComponentes outage, since orders and tracking keep answering around it.
Financing and payment at checkout
Big orders can split into parts at checkout through the finance options on the payment step. A refused finance step leaves the order unpaid, and the panel shows it as pending payment. Cancelling a financed order refunds by cancelling the financed amount, which the order page shows. The panel keeps each finance state beside the order it belongs to.
Common PCComponentes Problems and Fixes
PCComponentes faults usually sit in the panel, the return form or the payment step.
Start returns from the order itself
Open the delivered order in your panel and start the return there. Returns begun from the order carry its data, so the form needs less from you.
Check the seller before you chase an order
Read the seller name on the order. Marketplace orders follow the seller times, and the order page names who ships and who takes returns.
Use the missing items option
If the box arrived short, open the incident menu on the order and pick the missing items option. It routes the claim to the right team at once. Photos of the box help the claim land faster.
Save the build under your account
Builds saved while signed in stay in your panel. Sign in before you assemble, since guest builds vanish when the session ends.
Read the pending payment state
An order stuck on pending payment means the finance or card step never closed. Finish the payment from the order page instead of ordering twice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why has my order state not moved?
Tracking updates when the carrier scans the parcel, and some states sit still over quiet days. Marketplace orders also follow seller times, which run slower than house stock. House stock moves fastest of all.
How do I return a product from my panel?
Open the order, choose the return option and follow the steps for labels and packing. The return state then shows in the same order page.
What is the missing items option for?
It reports a parcel that arrived with products short. You find it in the incident menu of the order, and it opens a claim with the order data attached.
Can I finance an order at checkout?
The payment step offers finance options on larger orders. Approval happens inside that step, and the order confirms once the finance clears.
Does the builder check part compatibility for me?
The builder guides the part picks and warns on common clashes. Saved builds stay in your panel so you can price and order them later.
Where are my invoices?
Invoices sit in your customer panel on each order. Open the order and download the invoice file from its documents part.
