Coupons and rewards that never apply
Another user puts it plainly: none of the coupons work in the app, and the rewards do not either. Replacement coupons sent after complaints failed the same way. The company reply in the reviews asks users to log out and back in, then order again.
Stars that stopped landing

Trust the email receipt; it holds the order number and time. Show it at the store. If the store cannot find the order either, the email is your refund evidence through app support, so do not delete it.
Coupon will not apply at checkout
Sign out of the app and back in, then place the order again; the company gives this as its first fix. Check the offer terms on the offer screen: the item in your bag must match what the coupon names.
Stars missing for my orders
Open the order history: if the orders show without points, the credit failed, not the order. Take screenshots with the order amounts visible and send them through the app support contact so the points can be chased.
Cancel button fails but the charge goes through
One user cancelled an order, the cancel did not go through, and the charge, $32.05 in their case, still landed. Screenshot the cancel attempt and the charge, and claim the refund through app support with both.
Every nearby store shows ordering unavailable
Some stores have not joined the ordering platform, and whole areas can show unavailable. Test a store farther away on the map: if that one orders fine, your account works and the local stores are the gap.
