Signup token code never lands in your inbox
The token goes to the email and phone saved at signup, so check both, spam folder included. Wait a few minutes before a new request, since each one voids the last code.
Health profile tab opens to an error
Switch to the Odonto profile and back, which forces the app to reload your plan data. If Saúde still errors while Odonto opens, update the app. The profiles read different back ends.

How do I find a clinic in another city in the app?
Open the Rede de Atendimento search and change the state and city fields to the place you will visit. Results rebuild with units from that city only. Save the unit page for repeat trips.
