Force close and reopen the app

Swipe Fruitz away from your recent apps, then open it fresh. A deck stuck on the same three cards usually resets at once. On Android, clearing the cache from the app settings helps when the restart alone fails.

Re-set your fruit and save again

Open the profile editor, pick your fruit once more, and save. A fruit lost during an update leaves your card unfiltered and harder to find. The fruit icon should show beside your first photo after saving.

Send the stuck chat on another network

Unsent messages wait in the chat with a warning mark. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then tap the message to send it again. Long chats on a weak signal fail first.

Allow notifications for matches and chats

Open the phone settings for Fruitz and turn notifications on. Inside the app, check the alerts screen for match and message toggles. Silent phones explain most missing match alerts.

Sign in with the same method as day one

An account opened with a phone number needs that same number at login. A social button creates a separate door. Mixing the two lands you on a fresh empty profile that looks like data loss.
