Is Froots down right now?
The Froots status on this page follows the froots.io login and the client dashboard. Froots down reports gather here, and a fast rise points to a platform fault, not a market move in your portfolio.
When the service runs well, you sign in and your portfolio value and mix load at once. A dashboard that hangs or shows empty charts marks a service problem.
Is Froots down for me or everyone?
Reload the dashboard in a second browser while the first fails, or test on your phone. If the login refuses you in both, a Froots outage is likely and the reports here will climb. If one browser works, its stored session holds the fault.
What does the Froots dashboard show you?
The dashboard opens with your portfolio value, its mix across share and bond ETFs plus ETCs, and your savings plan state. You see how the mix fits your goal and time horizon at a glance. Extra accounts, for example for children, sit next to your own.
Froots shifts the mix over time as your horizon shortens, moving weight toward safer parts. You follow each shift in the dashboard without placing trades yourself. Fees and their effect show in the performance view, not hidden in footnotes.
How does Froots build your ETF portfolio?
You answer questions about your goal, horizon, and risk comfort during onboarding. Froots then picks ETFs and ETCs and weights them for your profile. An algorithm guides the timing and balance, while the team selects the products.
Can you pause a Froots savings plan at any time?
Yes, savings plans adjust or pause in the dashboard with a few clicks, and extra deposits go in whenever you like. Withdrawals and account closure are free at any time. Your money stays reachable, unlike fixed-term products.
Where do you see the Froots fees in your account?
The all-in fee shows in your documents and the dashboard cost view. It is charged quarterly from your Froots account. Product costs of the ETFs sit inside the performance, as the factsheet in your account explains.
Common Froots Problems and Fixes
Froots dashboard faults usually mean a stale session or values waiting on the partner bank. Refresh the session first.
Fix a dashboard that shows empty charts
Sign out fully, clear the browser cookies for froots.io, and sign in fresh. Empty charts often come from a session that half-loaded. If charts stay empty, test a second browser before you write to support.
Refresh portfolio values that look a day old
Portfolio values update after the partner bank books the day, so late evenings can show the prior state. Check again the next morning before you worry. If values freeze for days, note the date shown and contact support.
Save a savings plan change that will not stick
Change one setting at a time and confirm each step on screen. A change made after the monthly collection cut-off applies to the next run. Look at the plan detail view to check the saved state.
Unstick an onboarding form that stalls
Note the step where the form stopped and finish open questions in one sitting. Identity and tax questions need exact data from your documents. If the form lost your entries, the support team can see partial sign-ups by email.
Trace a withdrawal that has not arrived
Withdrawals sell parts of the portfolio first, so the money needs settlement days before it moves. The dashboard shows the withdrawal state while it runs. After settlement, the payout goes to your reference account.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log in to my Froots account?
Sign in on froots.io with the email and password from your onboarding. Your dashboard then shows the portfolios on your account. A forgotten password resets through the login page mail link.
What does Froots cost per year?
The all-in fee runs up to 1% per year plus small ETF product costs. The fee falls as your invested sum and time with Froots grow. Your documents show your exact rate.
Can I withdraw my Froots money at any time?
Yes, withdrawals are free at any time and the account can close free of charge. The sale of portfolio parts needs settlement days first. The payout then lands on your reference account.
Where is my Froots money held?
Your money sits in your own account at an Austrian partner bank in Vienna. The holdings count as segregated assets in your name. Froots manages the portfolio but never holds your money itself.
Does Froots handle the capital gains tax for me?
Yes, the tax on gains is handled automatically through the partner bank setup. Your yearly tax documents land in your account. You still declare as your tax office asks.
Is Liquidity+ part of the normal Froots dashboard?
Yes, the money market portfolio Liquidity+ shows in the same dashboard as its own account. It parks cash at money market rates with no lock-up. Deposits and withdrawals run like other accounts.
