Is Bash down? User reports show no current problems with Bash
Bash is The Foschini Group online shop, packing hundreds of TFG brands into bash.com and the Bash app. Stock Locator checks shelves at stores near you, and the Wallet looks after your TFG account, airtime and vouchers. When Bash down time hits at checkout, reports land on this page, which follows live Bash status for shoppers.

Is Bash down right now?
The live Bash status at the top comes from Bash down reports sent by shoppers as the app or site stalls. A tall spike means the fault is on the Bash side of the fence. A flat line says your account, your store or your connection needs the attention.
Refresh the app and open a product you have never viewed before. If fresh pages load but your order page hangs, the shop is up and the snag is local to your account. Total blank screens on two connections mean something bigger is wrong.
Is Bash down for me or everyone?
Compare notes with the reports here and a friend on another network. If their checkout runs while yours spins, clear your app cache and sign in again. If stuck payments pile up in the reports at the same hour, the fault is shared across shoppers.
Using Stock Locator to find your size nearby
Stock Locator reads live stock at TFG stores and shows which branch holds your size. It turns a sold-out online item into a store trip with a known ending. You can order the item for collection at that store from the same screen.
The locator follows the location you set, so check the area before you trust the list. Stock counts move during the day as tills sell, and a last pair can vanish fast. Phoning the branch to hold the item is still worth it for scarce sizes.
Managing your TFG account inside the Wallet
The Wallet holds your TFG account view, with the balance and card details in one place. It also sells airtime, data and lifestyle vouchers without leaving the app. Account card holders can keep an eye on what they owe between statements here.
When one order arrives in separate parcels
Bash pulls stock from many stores and warehouses, so one order can split into several parcels on different days. Each parcel gets its own tracking and its own knock at the door. During a Bash outage the order page cannot group those parcels, and the list looks messier than the delivery itself.
Buying airtime, data and vouchers in the Wallet
The Wallet sells airtime and data for your phone, plus vouchers for partner treats. The buy lands in your Wallet history with the code or credit on screen. If a top-up stalls, that history entry is the proof support will ask for.
Common Bash Problems and Fixes
Split orders and return tickets fill the Bash inbox most weeks. Start with the fix below that matches your order screen.
One order, many doorbells
Parcels leave from different stores, so they land on different days. The order page lists each parcel with its own tracking state. Wait for the last parcel before you judge the order short.
No return button inside the app
Returns start as a ticket on the Bash website, not in the app. You need the SKU from your order email for each item. Couriers collect logged returns, or you can take the item to a TFG store.
Stock Locator points to the wrong branch
The locator works off the location set in your app. Fix the area at the top of the screen, then search again. A store can also sell its last unit after the count updates, so arrive early for scarce sizes.
Checkout freezes at the payment step
Do not pay twice in a panic. Check your bank app or Wallet history to see if the first payment landed. If no payment shows after a short wait, restart the app and check out again.
Wallet balance disagrees with your statement
Recent buys and payments take time to cross between the Wallet and the statement. Pull down to refresh the Wallet view. If the gap stays after your next statement, log it with both figures noted.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many brands does Bash carry?
The shop brings together more than 500 brands from the TFG family and beyond. Fashion, sport, home and tech sit in one basket and one account.
Can I collect an order at a TFG store?
Yes. Stock Locator can send an item to a store near you for collection. The app tells you when the parcel waits at the counter.
Why did my order arrive in parts?
Items ship from the stores and warehouses that hold them. One order can become several parcels, each with its own tracking and delivery day.
Can I start a return inside the app?
No. Returns begin as a ticket on the Bash website, using the SKU from your order email. Collection by courier or a drop at a TFG store follows from there.
What can I do in the Wallet?
The Wallet holds your TFG account view and sells airtime, data and lifestyle vouchers. Your buys and balance sit in the same place.
Does Bash accept the TFG account card?
Yes. The account card works at checkout, and the buy reflects in your Wallet account view. Keep an eye on the balance there between statements.
